Unit Summary
In this unit, students will engage in physical activities to learn the history and the skills of soccer. As a class, students will dissect and properly demonstrate each skill (refer to the images on the left) of soccer to enhance their performance. Students in groups will identify and demonstrate collaboratively the critical features of each skill of soccer. For this group activity, students will work on the skill individually first and will work on the skill in groups second.
